If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Usage and Intellectual Property Rights

Louis Black LLC provides professional SUV transportation services in San Diego, CA. Unless otherwise indicated, all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site are our property or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to access the service for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Using the service for any unauthorized or illegal purpose, including the transport of prohibited substances or violating California state transportation regulations.
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Moovs booking platform or our digital infrastructure.
• Engaging in conduct that is harmful, harassing, or threatening to our drivers or damaging to the vehicles provided by Louis Black LLC.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Louis Black LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the service. We shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our transportation services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, or for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our immediate control.

These terms and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, specifically those applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within San Diego County.
